Healing Properties of onyx : Onyx is from the Chalcendony group of stones, which are worn in many cultures to ward off the evil eye. Onyx has served as a worry stone and is used as material for rosary beads. It is believed to soothe fears and can help a person maintain a positive outlook while awaiting the result of a source of anxiety. They also recommend it for improving concentration, calming sexual tension and ending marital disputes. It is considered good for opening all Chakras: Black Onyx-Root/Base Chakra, Green Onyx-Heart Chakra, Yellow Onyx -Solar Plexus Chakra, Blue Onyx-Throat Chakra.
