Mined June 2025 – Eye of Odin Deposit, Blue Jay Sapphire Mine, Revelstoke, BC

This is a rare natural sapphire crystal embedded in its original white feldspar matrix, accompanied by black mica (biotite). These specimens come directly from the Blue Jay Sapphire Mine, a private claim nestled in the mountains of Revelstoke, British Columbia.

This piece features:

  • sapphire crystal exhibiting blue to blue-gray hues

  • Excellent hardness (Mohs 9) Feldspar matrix is 6 Mohs

  • Natural unheated, untreated material

  • Mica-rich contrast and natural aesthetic appeal
