It’s been 2 months since the item was “shipped” seller did not provide a tracking number and item did not arrive on my end. Based on other reviews I do not believe this was a postal error. I will not buy from this supplier again.

Seller never shipped my gemstone 8+ days after payment. No communication even after Support intervention. Canceling payment. Unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid this seller.
