Rare GIA Certified Natural Old Stock Russian Emerald.
6.17 Carat emerald with a fine vivid bright green colour and excellent clarity. Very clean stone with only some very small natural inclusions visible when looking closely. Emeralds are typically highly included stones and so inclusions are to be expected, but this stone is very clean by emerald standards. Also with excellent transparency.
Fully certified by GIA confirming stone as natural and rare Russian origin. Standard treated with colourless cedarwood oil - a common and accepted treatment carried out on 95% of all natural emeralds. Only F2 moderate clarity enhancement as described by GIA.
Top grade natural emerald with very rare Russian origin.
The emerald also has an excellent octagonal emerald cut and good polish to show great shine and colour.
Would be great for investment, a collection or would look wonderful in a piece of high end jewellery.

NeutralI took the stone to GIA for review. It turns out it's not Australian Sapphire. it's from Thailand the origin. The color's a darker blue compare to photos.
