Rare Natural Untreated Colour Change Sapphire. 1.21 Carat with an excellent triangle trillion cut. This sapphire changes colour depending on the light its viewed in. Very rare for natural gemstones, especially Sapphires. Changes colour from an orangey purple in white daylight to a deep pink-purple in incandescent or artificial light. Also totally untreated, very rare for natural sapphires. Photos taken in natural light with no editing or photoshop. Please view our other listings for more fine gemstone and jewellery pieces. Our stock is stored offsite in a safe deposit vault so there may sometimes be delays in dispatch. All our products are tested by a gemmologist with the following qualifications: - Distinction grade in gemmology with the Gemmological association of Great Britain (Gem-A) - Accredited jewellery professional (AJP) with the Gemmological institute of America (GIA) - Fellow of the Gemmological association of Great Britain (FGA) We only deal in natural, earth mined gemstones and describe all our listing as accurately as possible. NeutralI took the stone to GIA for review. It turns out it's not Australian Sapphire. it's from Thailand the origin. The color's a darker blue compare to photos.
