Gems Quality Spinel because :

• Fine quality color -> It's a Pure Pink color cristal without brownish or blackish or grayish, with an orange hue, orange influence and a secondary light purple modifier.
  Medium Toned cristal, go to the medium-light spectrum. -> It's a full open Gems like in video !

• Top quality cushion cut, the light of this Gems is fully reflected, all the facets react with the light.

• Totally eyes-clean clarity face up. There are a couple of small inclusion in one edge of the four cushion but they are NOT visible face up and very hard to find (also to see) with naked eyes but professionals will find them if they want to. Again, totally perfectly eyes-clean face up.

Shipping and Payment :

• Combined shipping 3 days (please contact me if you need/want more time).

• After I received your payment, I will send the package with the tracking number as fastest as possible (1-2 days)
  

• Paypal and only Paypal (exceptionally Bank Transfer IF big problem)
  

Insurance :

You have to understand, the tracking number is just an evidence of shipping, that I have really send the package. You can follow it all the time.
An insurance is to covered the value of the package if the post has a problem or loose it.
Tracking number and insurance are 2 different thing.

• Insurance is Highly recommended for package with more as 100$.
  If you don't want to pay for insured it, it's YOUR own risk. I give the evidence of shipping (tracking), not that the package come safely !
  

  Customs :
  
  If your Country apply customs fees, it's your responsibility. If you have and don't pay the fees, you will normally never received your package.
  

  In some case, customs send me the package back. I can refund you 100% WITHOUT the shipping taxes naturally.. (your fault !)

  On other case, customs can definitively destroy your package and after this, refunding is no more possible ! (Normal..)

Return and Refund :

• You have 2 weeks (including week-end) after you have take your package( date of delivery via tracking number is THE evidence we always use) to return it for any reason you have. No problem.

Please Note : You have to pay yourself to send back the package and this one has to be insured. (because if we have problems with the Post). If you don't, it's Your own Risk too !

• I will refund 100% when I received the package back AND JUST IF the stone is exactly same as when I have send it to you (no scratch or chips or ... no damaged !).
