Expeditions

SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER 2000 $.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped with a tracking number and delivered with signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped with a declared value insurance.

Returns

RETURNS ARE POSSIBLE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

Products are refunded at the purchase value in their original condition. Sealed products cannot be opened. Shipping costs are not refundable and the return will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. In this regard, it is advisable to return the product with insurance on the declared value. The products must be returned in perfect condition, in particular :
1. The product and its packaging must be in the same conditions as those in which they were received.
2. The document with the gemstone certification must be intact and in perfect condition.
