We can combine with this item ONLY if it is multiple copies of this item. We can not combine gemstones with this purchase.

SHIPPING

We ship to most countries and only to a Pay Pal confirmed address. If you have any doubts please contact us for confirmation prior to bidding.

Our standard shipping is via Registered Post with a tracking number. Registered Post takes longer than regular post. Average delivery time is 14-21 working days.

We will send your purchase within 48hours of receipt of confirmed payment, except weekends, public holidays or postal strikes.

CUSTOMS

All matters relating to the importation of our products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. This includes any Import Duties, Sales Tax, customs fees etc

RETURNS and REFUNDS

In the event our item is grossly misrepresented in the description, you are entitled to 100% refund.

If the item arrives damaged, you are entitled to a replacement once the damaged item is returned.

If you are unsatisfied and wish to return the item you must notify us and return the item within 14 days of receiving the item. Once you notify us that you wish to return the item we will send further instructions.

Item must be returned along with all original packaging sent with a tracking number so that you can track that I have received it.

Buyer will pay for return shipping, once item is received and nothing is missing the refund will be made through PayPal only, less shipping (free shipping fee of $6.00 will be deducted from the total refund), and PayPal refund fees.

Many people do not require a reason for returning purchases, nor do we, however it would be greatly appreciated if an honest reason be given no matter what it may be, this is so that we can improve our listings and service.
