We ship to most countries and only to a Pay Pal confirmed address. If you have any doubts please contact us for confirmation prior to bidding.

Our standard shipping is via Registered Post with a tracking number. Registered Post takes longer than regular post. 

It is not our business to make money from postage and we always charge the minimum postage charge possible. Please keep in mind that the postage is not the only cost of sending a parcel. There is packaging and time to be factored.

We will send your purchase within 48hours of receipt of confirmed payment, except on weekends, public holidays, or postal strikes

All matters relating to the importation of our products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. This includes any Import Duties, Sales Tax, customs fees, etc.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

In the event our item is grossly misrepresented in the description, you are entitled to a 100% refund.

If the item arrives damaged, you are entitled to a 100% refund.

If you are unsatisfied and wish to return the item you must notify us and return the item within 14 days of receiving the item. Once you notify us that you wish to return the item we will send further instructions.

Item must be returned along with all original packaging sent with a tracking number so that you can track that I have received it.

Buyer will pay for return shipping, once the item is received and nothing is missing the refund will be made through PayPal only.

Many people do not require a reason for returning purchases, However, it would be greatly appreciated if an honest reason is given no matter what it may be, this is so that we can improve our e-bay listings and service.
