1.59ct Violet Purple Ceylon Sapphire 8.1 by 5.6 by 4.0mm VVS2
This is an exceptional violet/purple sapphire. As you turn the gem the color changes from purple to a vivid violet/blue. From every angle you see a different color combination; so it may also be called a color change Sapphire - however the photos do not exhibit this beauty in the gem.
The cutting dimensions are sensational and there is not a miniscule of waste gem.
The clarity is an excellent VVS2 GIA type 2 gemstone.
The luster,color,cut and clarity are all excellent.
The color is simply fantastic.
I cannot praise this gem highly enough and it is one of my favorites in our collection, so grab it before I keep it for myself!
