*NEW* Hand faceted Israeli GREEN ONYX beads 13.5”  2.5-3mm

Emerald green onyx hand faceted Israeli beads.  

Many designers use this stunning gemstone with 18carat gold.  See Barneys.com and the work of Irene Neuwirth.  They really are sparkly and stunning.  Line length is 13.5” inches and bead size is 2.5-3mm.  

Sometimes in the gem industry in India - where we purchased these from - the rough gemstones prior to cutting are enhanced in a high grade molecular process called ‘dipping’ - which enriches the color.  I am pretty certain these have gone through that process. Please note that it is not like mass dying of ready cut beads in large vats, which the Chinese do.  It is a far better quality process.  We have tested the color on these and the results were very good, but I would still recommend that as a precaution, before using them, purchasers should put the beads in very hot water for a few minutes and then dry them out just in case there is any color bleeding.
